The Process

Our process to provide services to prospective immigrants involves several steps to ensure accurate and lawful immigration assistance. Here’s an outline of the typical process:

Initial Consultation

The process begins with an initial consultation between the NSICO and the prospective immigrant. During this meeting, the NSICO gathers information about the client's background, qualifications, and immigration goals.

Assessment & Eligibility

The RCIC-IRB assesses the client's eligibility for various immigration programs based on their qualifications, work experience, language proficiency, education, and other relevant factors.

Program Selection

Based on the assessment, the NSICO recommends the most suitable immigration program(s) that align with the client's goals and eligibility.

Document Gathering

The NSICO provides a list of required documents and guides the client in collecting and preparing the necessary paperwork, such as educational certificates, work experience letters, language test results, and more.

Application Preparation

The NSICO assists the client in completing the application forms accurately and thoroughly, ensuring all required information is provided. They also help the client draft personal statements or cover letters if required.

Review & Submission

The NSICO thoroughly reviews the completed application to ensure it is error-free and meets all requirements. Once satisfied, they submit the application and required documents to the appropriate immigration authorities.

Decision & Next Steps

Once a decision is made on the application, the RCIC-IRB informs the client of the outcome. If the application is successful, the RCIC guides the client through the next steps, such as obtaining medical exams, police clearances, and preparing for the move to Canada.

Post-Immigration Services (optional)

NSICO offers additional services after the client's arrival in Canada, such as assistance with settling down, finding accommodation, and navigating the Canadian system.

It's important to note that NSICO is bound by ethical and professional standards to provide accurate and lawful advice to their clients. Clients should always verify the credentials of an RCIC and ensure they are in good standing with the CICC before seeking their services.
